“Crickets, Rain, and a Win Worth Remembering
It’s nearly 4:30 in the morning.
I just finished the final touches on a new presentation and mini-course—one that’s been stirring in my spirit for weeks. It’s all about finding your companion song—and it’s set to launch next month as part of a very special women’s summit.
There were moments I truly wasn’t sure I’d make it. Several major stumbling blocks almost derailed everything. But for the past few days, I’ve been working around the clock—cleaning up the details, chasing clarity through exhaustion.
Tonight, I crossed the finish line. Just before midnight, I uploaded the final files. I spent the next four hours handling the tech, tying up last-minute threads. Now, I’m standing on my deck in the hush of late night—rain falling softly, crickets singing like lullabies.
I press play on one of my companion songs, and tears sting my eyes. I feel proud. Proud of the work. Proud of the journey. Proud of how far I’ve come building the Magical Fairy Apothecary.
Pagan Pride is just two days away and there’s still so much to do. But for tonight… I can rest.
I met my deadline.
I showed up.
I made something that matters.
My first summit as a presenter—and I’m walking into it with heart wide open.
