Moments like this remind me why I coach.
My client is 10 pounds lighter, inches down all over emphasizing 4 inches in her waist, and becoming the strongest version of herself. Jaanai first walked in for a consultation complaining about feeling bloated 24/7, lacking a nutrition plan, strength, & feeling over weight.
