Meet Gloria. ā¤ļø
When Gloria first started training with me 3 months ago, she was extremely weak and could barely push the leg press. On top of that, she has arthritis in her back, a curved spine, and degenerative disc disease, which means we have to be very mindful of how much weight she lifts and how we structure her workouts.
Most people would use that as an excuse now weāre up to 110lbs on the leg pressš
Gloria used it as motivation.
She trains with Aaron Garcia 2x a week
Me 2x a week
Over time, through consistency, patience, and smart training, she has built stronger glutes, quads, glute medius, and glute maximus, creating the round, strong glutes she wanted while protecting her body and staying pain free.
