A nostalgic trip back to ’90s birthday parties! Easy to make, super fun, and instantly brings you back to childhood.

26 cm (10”) Springform Pan

Base:

2 eggs (medium)

Pinch of salt

80 g sugar

60 g flour

20 g cornstarch

½ tsp baking powder

Cream:

12 XXL chocolate meringues

250 g quark (20% fat)

50 g sugar

50 g chocolate shavings

400 ml whipped cream
2 packets stabilizer (Sahnesteif)

Topping:

4 chocolate meringue wafers

8 mini chocolate meringues

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).

Base: Beat egg whites with salt until stiff, fold in yolks and sugar. Sift and mix flour, cornstarch, and baking powder, fold in. Pour into pan, bake ~20 min, let cool.

Cream: Remove wafers from meringues and set aside. Mix chocolate meringues with quark, sugar, and chocolate shavings. Fold in whipped cream. Spread on base, chill 2 hrs.

Topping: Arrange wafers and mini meringues around the edge, sprinkle with chocolate shavings, serve chilled.

A fruity-fresh farewell to spring that’s perfect for summer! Creamy vanilla cheesecake meets tangy rhubarb curd and a crunchy base – pure cake heaven!

20 cm (8”) Springform Pan

Rhubarb Curd:

500 g rhubarb

180 g sugar

100 ml water

3 egg yolks

2 tbsp cornstarch

1 packet vanilla sugar

½ orange (juice)

50 g butter

2 sheets gelatin

Base:

220 g butter cookies

70 g melted butter

Cheesecake:

600 g cream cheese

60 g powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla paste

300 ml whipping cream (Cremefine)

2 sheets gelatin

Decoration:

5 tbsp rhubarb curd

6 tbsp water

1 butter cookie

100 ml whipping cream

½ thin rhubarb stalk

For me, bruschetta is the epitome of summer vibes! Today, I’m sharing one of my absolute favorite combinations: ripe peaches, juicy tomatoes, delicious Parmesan, fresh arugula, and an extra portion of Serrano Reserva from Abraham der Schinkenspezialist

Ingredients:

1 Ciabatta loaf

80 ml olive oil

2 ripe peaches

6 large tomatoes

Handful of arugula

100 g Parmesan, shaved

1 garlic clove

140 g Abraham Serrano Reserva

2 tbsp lemon juice

3 tbsp balsamic glaze

250 g ricotta

30 g pine nuts
