✅ The Solution to EdTech Overload:
1. Streamline the Tools – Less is more. Consolidate platforms so teachers aren’t juggling 12 logins before lunch.
2. Provide Real Training – Not just a 30-minute PD. Ongoing, hands-on training that actually shows teachers how tech makes their work easier.
3. Build Systems, Not Silos – Tech should talk to each other. Integrated systems reduce burnout and save time.
4. Center Teacher Voice – Before adopting any tool, ask the people who use it every day: Does this help or hurt?
5. Lead with Strategy – Tech is a tool, not the goal. Start with clear objectives, then choose the tech that fits.
💡 When schools invest in systems and training instead of shiny gadgets, teachers get time back, students get engagement, and everyone wins.
Because the true promise of EdTech isn’t in the hardware, it’s in the strategy.
