Idk who needs to hear this but if you're dealing with depression, anxiety, or thoughts of wanting to ๐, don't withdraw or isolate yourself. Those things thrive in darkness and hold more power over you when you try to fight it alone. โฌ๏ธโฌ๏ธโฌ๏ธ

๐พโโ๏ธDon't pretend to be okay so you don't inconvenience others, ๐ฃ๐ฃ your LIFE is not an inconvenience it's precious!

๐DO, read the word of God and replace those thoughts and feelings with the truth of His word
๐DO, tell the people who love and care about you even if they seem too busy or you don't want to be a bother
๐DO, go๐๐พ to๐๐พ therapy ๐๐พ. You can get practical skills and tools to deal with your struggles.
๐DO, change your diet to a healthier diet. Food can influence your mind and emotions more than you think.
๐DO, exercise and sweat away some of that stress. Reset with some sweat, trust me I've done it & it helps ๐๐พ
๐DO, go outside and get some fresh air. Sunlight and nature can be so healing for you โ๏ธ
