This week, I want to challenge you to do FOUR things:
1. Reevaluate the state of your worship- does your life reflect true worship to God? Remember worship is more than a song, it's your life.
2. Research a truth about God is and who He says that you are- find out what is written about you in the volume of the book, what has God said about you? What reality of Himself is He inviting you to understand in this season? (e.g. Healer, Father, Helper, Lord, King, etc.)
3. Check for any unforgiveness, bitterness, or offense in your heart- holding onto any of these things can hinder your ability to experience the fullness of God
4. Invite someone to join us at the Tabernacle of Meeting every Thursday in February

Even today, take the time to build your intimacy with Jesus. When no one was there, before friends, family, even before YOU loved you....Jesus loved you and still does.
Don't let the fire on your altar go out.
Leviticus 6:12
"The fire on the altar must be kept burning; it must not go out..."

Tomorrow is Valentine's Day. While you're out getting your chocolates, teddy bears, and flowers ready, make sure you don't forget to create a space of intentional time and intimacy with God.

Week 2!
Time for the Tabernacle of Meeting. This is not about a song...it's about being steeped in the presence of God. Sitting with Him. Dwelling in Him. Grabbing hold of a divine encounter with Him that will change us and draw us deeper in Him. Come to the tabernacle tonight and let's go before His presence together.

Holiness is choosing God daily:
in private, in public, in the small moments no one sees.
It’s surrender that says, “Lord, You’re worth it.”

Brick #2
Leviticus 20:26
And you shall be holy to Me, for I the LORD am holy, and have separated you from the peoples, that you should be Mine.

God is Holy. He is set apart. Holy or qadosh means sacred, separate from human infirmity, impurity, and sin. The worship we offer should reflect that same holiness. What flows into our worship is what has flowed in our life. To really tap into the fullness of worship, our lives should reflect the same holiness that is embodied by the One we worship.

Brick #1 for this week:
John 4:24
God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.

Worship before God is spirit to Spirit. The truth is that worship of God cannot be done in the flesh. It's a spirit to Spirit communication. You can only really tap into the place of worship when you get out of yourself and lean into His Spirit. That lean into the Holy Spirit allows Him to carry you into the place of true worship

It's important for us to understand that worship is not about us...it's about Jesus. That's why knowing the subject of our worship is important. The way we perceive Him impacts the posture of our worship. Who is Jesus to you? That picture of Him informs the way you approach Him in the place of worship.

This week I want to invite you to go deeper. When you study this week, instead of looking to find you in the word, search it to find Him. Write down what you learned about God that you didn't know before. Knowing God is not a one-time thing...it's a journey into knowing

Daniel 11:32
"..but the people who know their God shall be strong and carry out great exploits."
