I went from 203 to 137 faster than I though was possible. And, I'll never forget the look on my doctor's face when I walked into his office for my annual checkup.

“Are you doing that “Purple Peel Exploit” I told you about?”, he stuttered.

So, I told him I've been doing it for the last few months and how it's really transforming my life and health.

Have you ever been in so much mentally, physical and emotional pain you don’t have words but your heart and mind is screaming get back up and fight for your son! On Nov 5 2024 my son has been missing 28 months! 2 long hard years and 4 miserable months in this nightmare without nothing but lies and misinformation just enough to keep us all searching!Did they bury him under concrete, did they throw him in water to deep to find, did they bury him in a place nobody ever goes or did they leave him out on a mountain for animals to eat! YES! These are the questions I wake up with every day and every night! Questions but never any answers!
One thing that haunts me recently is a top law official said and I quote “Don’t be calling in with lies to just get a investigation going “
A heartless person who would say that to a grieving mother is why I fell this way! Lord help to remove people like this from our life for good ! Prayers please ! I love my son and want Justice for Ricky Griffis 🙏💔💔🙏

Truth

"A Part of Me Died"

A piece of me lost, forever estranged.
I walked away, yet not the same,
A shadowed soul, a quiet flame.

That day took part of who I was,
Left me searching, without cause.
I carry on, but feel the void,
A heart once whole, now destroyed.

It didn’t end me, but I’m not whole—
An echo remains, deep in my soul.
I’m here, I breathe, but truth denied—
A part of me, that day, quietly died.
