A busy afternoon across South Arkansas reminded us once again just how important strong partnerships are in emergency services.

Our ProMed team responded to a serious motor vehicle accident in Ouachita County that required an air medical flight. We’re grateful to Chidester Fire Department, Chidester Police Department, Ouachita County Sheriff’s Office, Arkansas State Police, Pafford Air One, and our MiHCOMM dispatch team for the outstanding coordination, communication, and teamwork throughout the response.

At the same time, our neighbors in Columbia County were managing another motor vehicle accident requiring a scene flight, with multiple agencies working together there as well.

It was certainly a busy day, but these are the moments when the strength of our public safety community really shows. From the dispatchers coordinating resources behind the scenes to the fire, law enforcement, EMS, and air medical crews working at the scene, every part of the response matters.

We’re thankful for the many partners across our region who are always there when it matters most.

We are officially official!! We got blessed to have Star City chamber of commerce come and support our new Los Arcos location in Star City with a ribbon cutting ceremony. A huge thank you to everyone who has come out to support us.
