BACON RANCH CHICKEN QUESADILLAS! CRISPY, CHEESY & LOADED! 🥓🍗🧀✨
Cooked chicken, shredded
Shredded cheddar cheese
Cooked bacon, crumbled
Ranch dressing
Large flour tortillas
In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing until everything is creamy, cheesy, and well coated.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Place one tortilla in the skillet, then spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture over one half.
Fold the tortilla over the filling and gently press it down.
Cook for 2–3 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.
Flip carefully and cook the other side for another 2–3 minutes, until golden and the cheese is melted.
Transfer to a cutting board, slice into wedges, and repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
