Why did we select this graphic for the logo?

The number 1 reason is that it is breathtakingly beautiful!
The second reason is that it alludes to trails and to the natural essence of a horse.

Purposely off-centered the horse to catch your eye. With the dark background of the horse, you have to slightly focus on the words, which is exactly what we wanted people to do.

Red, white, and blue are always colors we LOVE. This is why Country Tough is in red and Times is in blue.

We love our logo!

Magazine contributor, David Von Holten, with and is the picture of a smart blue-collar man.

To check the squareness of forms on buildings before the concrete is poured, he always checks the lengths on the sides and the hypotenuse with the Pythagorean theorem.

To anyone who thinks less of blue-collar workers, we are not for you. Country Tough Times has nothing but respect for the trade workers and appreciates their skills.

Country Tough Times is dedicated to trail riders, patriotism, and thriving.

Well, what does thriving mean to you?

To me, it means bills paid, food in the freezer, and knowing how to not depend on everyone else. And there's a difference between having a community that works together, that is like-minded, and not depending upon others.

This handful of tomatoes, grown in our garden, made a perfect afternoon snack.
