Just in time for Labor Day weekend! 🇺🇸☀️

Petit Jean Meats just dropped their NEW Summer Sausage flavors, and they were a HUGE hit at the lake last weekend.

We served both the Jalapeño Cheddar and Pork & Beef Summer Sausage alongside some Petit Jean hot dogs, and everyone absolutely loved them! The Jalapeño Cheddar definitely stole the show—it had just the right amount of kick and wasn’t too spicy! 🌶️

You can find them on PJMeats.com or at your local Arkansas grocer. If you’re headed to the lake, tailgating, or just stocking up for Labor Day weekend, go grab some! 🇺🇸

Trying to eat a little healthier and just be more conscious of what I’m putting in my body. 👏🏼

Would I LOVE to mukbang some Dave’s Hot Chicken tenders? YES. 😂 But I absolutely LOVE this meal, and it’s filling and actually makes me feel good!

This is the Grilled Chicken Feast from Taziki’s — grilled chicken, rice, Greek salad + an unsweet tea. I order online, zoom through pickup, and it’s usually ready in about 10 minutes. 🙌🏼 And I can easily get two meals out of this!

Also, my sister is my health coach, so if she’s seeing this… COMMENT BELOW, SIS! 😂 Tell me if I made a good choice and what I’m looking at calorie-wise, protein-wise, etc. Because I’m trying to learn!

We had a feast over the weekend with friends & had the best time. Sad that the summer nights are wrapping up so fast. On the menu: Steaks, Crab legs, Smashed garlic potatoes, Grilled cabbage, Portabella Mushrooms, Wedge Salad bar, Corn Casserol, & garlic bread. Diet starts Monday! 🤣
