The Gretna Minute is back!

Close your eyes a minute and think ... what do you hear when you think of Mount Gretna?

For Episode 4 of The Gretna Minute, summer correspondent Logan Balmer asked people around town one simple question:

“What’s your favorite Gretna sound?”

From familiar sounds of summer to the quieter sounds that make Gretna feel like Gretna, the answers offer another glimpse into what makes this community so special.

Mount Gretna… we love you. ❤️

When we launched this campaign, we hoped to raise $15,000. Thanks to the generosity of 46 households, we reached that goal overnight!

Now, with just one day remaining, we're setting our sights on something even bigger. We are just over $4,000 away from reaching our $20,000 stretch goal.

Why does that matter? Because every additional dollar strengthens the magazine's foundation, giving our team more time to find, write, photograph, and design the stories and events that connect and inspire our community—and less time worrying about how to fund them.

Today marks the start of the final week of our campaign, which ends July 29—and we're so close we can taste it!
