Reflection time.

Today marks 8 years in business… and it’s one of those moments where you really stop and take it all in.

The first photo takes me back to where it all started—just 2 clients, a vision, and a lot of belief. The second shows where things stand today—close to 20 clients and still growing. That kind of growth doesn’t happen by accident.

I’m extremely thankful for all of my clients who have trusted me with their brand. To my friends and family who have supported me from day one, and to the people I get to work alongside every single day—thank you. You’ve all played a role in this journey.

Here’s to the lessons, the growth, and many more years ahead.

2025 Health Journey Reflection 💪 | Enoric Media

When I started this journey, my body was sending some pretty loud signals. I was dealing with gout, sciatica, brain fog, and constant tiredness. I knew something had to change.

Fast forward to now…
✔️ Body fat down 10% (28% → 18%)
✔️ Muscle mass up 13 pounds (96 lbs → 109 lbs)

That transformation didn’t happen by accident. It came from dialing in hormone replacement therapy and peptides through 4Ever Young, combined with consistency, discipline, and showing up in the gym—even on the days motivation wasn’t there.

More energy. Clearer focus. Stronger body. Better mindset.

This year reinforced a simple truth: when you commit to your health, everything else starts to level up too—business, creativity, and performance included. Proud of the work, grateful for the process, and fully locked in on making 2026 even better.

Here’s to showing up, staying consistent, and continuing to raise the bar 🟢

✈️🚕📸 A typical trip to my Georgia clients:

Airport coffee → Uber → film → coffee → film → Uber → shower → edit → Uber → film → coffee → repeat x3.

Literal planes, trains, and automobiles (mostly Ubers, let’s be honest).
Running on caffeine, camera gear, and pure momentum.

Busy? Absolutely.

I know I’ve said I’m not a strong runner… and I still stand by that. But the fact that I subconsciously shaved 2 (and then some) minutes off my mile jog today compared to yesterday? That’s a moment. That’s growth. That’s me unlocking hidden duck mode. 🦆💨

I’ve already done one 5K (survived, thank you very much) and now I’m training for another… apparently faster? Who even am I?

Massive shoutout to 4Ever Young for the HRT, Sermorelin, Pentadeca, and a whole cabinet of supplements for helping turn this aging dad bod into a slightly faster, slightly sweatier father figure 💪🏻 I was literally a different person at this point last year.

Met this large (and super nice) gentleman during one of my travels this week. Now I know what an NBA point guard feels like.
