Doing something a little different today. Had an incredible and transformative session with a client today. Spirit gave me a message to share with you all. 🩷

The Universe is telling you that it’s time to try again. You are not the same person you were before. You have learned lessons and grown. There were factors outside your control that stopped it from manifesting. Forgive yourself, thank the experience for the lesson it taught you, release, and go after your desires wholeheartedly. Now is the time to act!

Happy New Moon in Sagittarius! Here is the guided message from Spirit for the New Moon.

When we have a big vision, we can let our fears stop us from taking the first steps. Even if they are small, it feels like the fears are pulling us back into our comfort zone. Where our mind feels safe and warm, it knows what to expect and can predict the future from past events. It doesn't like the unknown as it can't predict what will happen. On a subconscious level, the mind throws up blocks to keep us from moving forward. They can pop up as worries, fears or doubts. The New Moon is urging us to move past those fears and take the first steps towards what you keep daydreaming about. The whispers of your soul that keeps calling you to expand past your comfort zone and really go towards what fulfills your being.

A common misconception about fear is that we can't live with fear and keep striding towards our desires. The fear will be there, it is a safety mechanism of your mind. The secret is to let it exist, thank it for being there and decide that what you desire is bigger than your fears. As you embrace your calling, you give others the permission to embrace theirs. Our calling is so much bigger than we are, we are simply a patch in the Quilt of the Universe. So if you have time this busy holiday season, sit with yourself and visualize your future, the one your soul desires and ask yourself what steps can you start taking to move towards your desired life.

Gave a speech in front of 50 people today!

Younger me would have been so proud! Growing up, I would get so nervous when I was supposed to give a speech in class. I would get sick to my stomach and have to go home. Even though I still get nervous, I power through the discomfort and give it my best effort!

Anyone else get stage fright? How do you deal with it?

Hiiii beautiful souls!

I was meditating tonight and it struck me that I was completely at peace at that moment. Like everything in the universe was right where it should be. I was right where I should be.

Everything was perfect. I wasn't feeling behind in my life like I often do or thinking of all the tasks I needed to complete. I was fully in the moment. This is the first time I have felt this way and I am so grateful for the experience.

If you're reading this, please take a minute and give yourself credit for all that you have been accomplishing and the times you have taken to rest and recharge.

I highly recommend meditating each day. Even if it's for five minutes. The difference has been incredible. I feel so much more at ease, not stressing and faster at overcoming challenges that pop up in my life.

A fun fact about me is I love leading clients through guided meditations. I will be releasing a package with guided meditations and other goodies this week! Eek!

Hello lovely souls,
This is a vulnerable and hard post for me to write. I decided to cancel my retreat tomorrow due to health issues.

On September 6th, I was told that I was going to lose my job on September 20th, due to the company closing. On September 30th, I had to have necessary dental surgery to fix an infection. With the stress of losing my job and recovering from the surgery, my immune system has been compromised.

As such, I caught an illness soon after that I have been trying to recover from, at the same time, also trying to get everything together for the retreat and promote it. It's been too much on my system. I had to make the difficult decision to cancel my retreat. I heavily invested emotionally and financially into this retreat, so I did not take this decision lightly. I am listening to my body and slowing down and focus on my health.

I am already in talks to host my retreat in two other locations! One in Oak Harbor and on in Portland. Once I have everything hammered out, I will let you all know the details!
