NOTICE OF VACCINATION VULNERABILITY PROTECTION ORDER
ISSUED BY CLAN MOTHERS & MEMBERS OF THE GRAND COUNCIL
(CNNA-USA)
For The Republic for which We Stand and without prejudice, Clan Mothers and members of the Grand Council of CNNA (USA), a Free and Associated Ancestral State, do hereby declare this Notice of Vaccination Vulnerability Protection Order for our heritage and posterity as American Aborigines (also known as American Indians) who are consistently persecuted by forms of genocide and apartheid conditions here in our homeland.
“Actions against our people through time proven: military actions, concentration camps, race riots, massacres, smallpox, sterilization, syphilis, radioactive thymidine experiments, succinylcholine experiments, and live human cancer cells experiments, to the war on drugs, the crack epidemic, and HIV. No one is correlating the current spike in autism or the school to prison pipeline system all of this has been used over the centuries to minimize the Indian, Negro, Black, and Colored and now so-called African American population”
(Don’t Call My Dummy No Dummy by Shadow Wolf, 2020)
In accordance with the Great Law of Peace the Gayanashagowa (Kayanerehkowa), the United States Constitution, and international human rights treaties, we avow that the proposed dissemination of COVID-19 vaccination protocols and the promotion of such targeting of communities of color namely American Aborigines many who are misclassified as black and/or African-Americans, is in violation of the following articles of the American Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People (ADRIP):
Article XI. Protection against genocide. Indigenous peoples have the right not to be the object of any form of genocide or attempts to exterminate them.
Article XVIII. Health: (3) States shall take measures to prevent and prohibit indigenous peoples and individuals from being subjects of research programs, biological or medical experimentation, or sterilization without their *free, prior, and informed consent. Likewise, indigenous peoples and individuals have the right, as appropriate, to access to their data, medical records, and documentation of research conducted by individuals and institutions, whether public or private.
Article XIX. Right to protection of a healthy environment: (1) Indigenous peoples have the right to live in harmony with nature and to a healthy, safe, and sustainable environment, essential conditions for the full enjoyment of the rights to life and to their spirituality, cosmovision, and collective well-being; (3) Indigenous peoples have the right to be protected against the introduction, abandonment, dispersion, transit, indiscriminate use, or deposit of any harmful substance that could adversely affect indigenous
communities, lands, territories, and resources.
Article XXI. Right to autonomy or self-government: (2) Indigenous peoples have the right to maintain and develop their own decision-making institutions. They also have the right to participate in decision-making in matters which would affect their rights. They may do so directly or through their representatives, and in accordance with their own norms, procedures, and traditions. They also have the right to equal opportunities in accessing and participating fully and effectively as peoples in all national institutions and forums, including deliberative bodies.
Article XXIII. Participation of indigenous peoples and contributions of indigenous legal and organizational systems: (1) Indigenous peoples have the right to full and effective participation in decision-making, through representatives chosen by themselves in accordance with their own institutions, in matters which affect their rights, and which are related to the development and ex*****on of laws, public policies, programs, plans, and actions related to indigenous matters; (2) States shall consult and cooperate in good faith with the indigenous peoples concerned, through their own representative institutions, in order to obtain their *free, prior and informed consent before adopting and implementing legislative or administrative measures that may affect them.
We raise serious questions about the safety of such an aggressive and invasive vaccine protocol rushed to allegedly mitigate COVID-19, a “pandemic” that over time has shown public displays of ambiguous statistical data collection and problematic dissemination of information. Moreover, heightened protective measures are warranted by the use of over-reaching tactics to coerce members of our communities to take the COVID-19 vaccination by associating it with a stimulus payment and or former presidents using their status and pre-choice to vaccinate as a means to influence the populace. These practices are in contradiction of *The Nuremberg Code which requires respect for Informed Consent, without “the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion…”. For these reasons and more, we the Clan Mothers and members of the Grand Council of CNNA (USA) do hereby implement and enforce this Notice of Vaccination Vulnerability Protection Order against acts of genocide and on behalf of our kinship who choose to exercise their FREE POWER OF CHOICE without fear of threat, retaliation, punishment, reprisal, physical, mental, or emotional harm by any individual, medical personnel, government official etc., (locally, nationally, or internationally) who will be held lawfully accountable for such crimes against the humanity of natural law in jurisprudence.
