FedEx ever since your driver decided to dump all of our packages in a field out here in Hayden, AL, awhile back, your service and quality of workers has gone down hill. Not only do we have a Facebook group where we post packages that your drivers deliver to the wrong house so we can get them to the right house (yes it hapoens THAT much), but today he or she decided that dumping my furniture off the truck at the edge of my driveway was easiler than having to walk a flat sidewalk 50ft to my covered porch. It’s fixing to start storming here.
There is no way I can go pick that up as it weighs a ton and I have to have surgery on my discs in my neck and back. 50 feet. I also have nobody to help me get it under cover until after 5:30 tonight.
Covering it with plastic as someone on the phone told me to do won’t help because it’s sitting on the ground where water will run under it and ruin it as soon as it starts raining. No neighbors are home to help either. Wood and water don’t mix.
So I called and complained and SUPPOSEDLY someone is coming back but I won’t hold my breath on that. Plus judging by the way it’s smushed at the bottom I am guessing the driver pushed it off the truck then set it upright. That explains the bang I heard while sitting in here working. Had my blinds been open I would’ve gone out there and made damn sure your driver did their job correctly.
This is 100% unacceptable. If this is damaged I will hold you and your driver responsible. This is beyond unprofessional and ridiculous.
Don’t even get me started on the number of items thatve been soaked or damaged from this same crap. This time I’m done being quiet about it. Do something about your drivers and your business practices.
