The commission will first welcome Kody Norris as a new member of the Planning Commission.

Other business includes:

* Mountain Paws: Sarah Muntz will present a site plan for a proposed business, “Mountain Paws,” at 1849 South Shady Street (Parcel 048 049.01).

* Baker Street mobile home: Daniel Lee and Jeffrey Horne will request approval of a variance to locate a donated single-wide mobile home at 173 Baker Street (Parcel 041 P G 040.01).

* West Main Street development: Tim Payne will present a site plan for a proposed commercial building at 107 West Main Street (Parcel 041P E 029.00).
