I was made aware of a "barn find" Rabbit in the area that will be in an area auction this week. I know pictures can be deceiving, but this lil' VW looks pretty cool. Thoughts?

Hey.....I posted this message a while back, and had a viewer respond that he could help her. Long story short, he hasn't followed through and is now ghosting any attempts of contact. Meanwhile, she still has the issue with the car she loves. Can someone please help her?

Club members and page followers alike....I got a call today from a Muncie woman who has a 2000 Beetle that she loves very much. However, she is having an issue with the security system. Sometimes it will not shut off. Sometimes the car won't start because of it. She doesn't have any idea of any are shops that could figure out the problem, and has been told that she would have to take it to Tom Wood VW in Noblesville. Surely someone local to the Muncie area could figure out the issue. I remember having a similar issue with a 2002 Chevy Impala, and it ended up being a faulty key fob.

This lady seems really nice and she would love to get involved with our club events. Can anyone recommend an area mechanic that won't take advantage of her?
