5 Step Refresh: ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​1. Block out “Me” Time - block out 3 hours of uninterrupted “Me” Time. Order your favorite latte and Pastry for delivery. Play an uplifting podcast or a playlist that will keep you energized.
2. Glam Up - You are going to try on your clothes, do your hair and makeup or whatever you usually do to feel pretty this will boost your confidence to make decisions about what to keep or let go
3. Focus on the season - organize clothes by season. Store all off-season clothes in plastic bins with sealed lids. Create a pile of all in-season clothes and start the editing process.
4. Start the Edit: with a focus on your in-season wardrobe. create 3 piles Love/keep Toss Donate piece by piece decide which items belong to which pile. Toss all items that are stained, have holes, stretched/worn out. Donate anything that doesn’t fit and anything you’re not excited to wear or have not worn.
5. Hang with love - Organize the pieces you are keeping in your closet by color or categorize your pieces by tops, bottoms and dresses.
