Hello everyone! hope you all have a blessed Monday. We are closing in on Thanksgiving this week.

For those who are new here. Let me introduce myself. I’m a meteorologist at WBTW, the CBS affiliate in Myrtle Beach, Florence, and Lumerton area.

I have been at the station a little over 3 years. Oh by the way, be looking for another post later this week 🥹🫢

A couple of things you will not see from me.. that is Hype, hype and oh year hype. Sharing long range models does nothing but generate a buzz and most often confusion. IF I THINK IT’S WORTH TALKING ABOUT, best believe we will. Some share models runs with no information or illustrations to draw your attention, and most get paid for that. Hence why they do it.

Again, my family and friends live here. If i’m talking about it to them, you will know as well.

Secondly, you’ll find occasional or lots of post about golf, my favorite sports teams, my family, LOLA my dog, my friends. my church family, (shoutout Langston Baptist Church) and sometimes just me acting goofy. I have a great personality, what can I say!

What you won’t see on here, is trash talking, political news, and rudeness. If you can’t say it to someone’s face, don’t be a keyboard warrior. We will be nice and respectful.

It’s hard to believe 3 years ago, one of my mentors and biggest supporters and most importantly my friend, tragically lost his life. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think about Jason. I pray that Jillian and the kids are feeling the love today and everyday. i know i’ll see Jason again in Heaven.
