Gooey Salted Brownies
Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter

1 cup white sugar

2 eggs

1/2 cup cocoa

1/3 cup flour

Sea salt for topping

Instructions:

Mix wet ingredients. Stir in dry.

Bake 22 minutes at 350°F.

Sprinkle sea salt when warm.

Real Mozzarella, No Rennet Required!
This stretchy mozzarella is made using milk and vinegar—nothing else!

What You’ll Need:

1 L full-fat milk

2 tbsp white vinegar

How To:

Heat milk to 195°F.

Add vinegar, stir once, let curds form.

Wait 5–10 mins.

Drain through cheesecloth.

Microwave and stretch until glossy.

Cool and slice.

Cilantro-Lime Pico de Gallo 🌱🍋
A zesty and flavorful pico de gallo with just the right amount of cilantro and lime. Enjoy with your favorite Mexican dishes!

Ingredients:

4 tomatoes, diced and deseeded

1/2 white onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 jalapeño, diced

Small bunch of cilantro, chopped

Juice from 2 limes

1 Tbsp olive oil

1/2 chicken bouillon packet

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Taste and adjust the salt if needed.

Serve immediately or chill!

Soft Orange Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup warm milk

1/4 cup sugar

1 packet active dry yeast

1/4 cup butter

Zest of 2 oranges

1 tsp cinnamon

Frosting:

6 oz cream cheese

3/4 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp fresh orange juice

Steps:

Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Add flour, butter, orange zest, and cinnamon. Knead dough and let rise.

Roll out dough, add sugar-cinnamon mixture, and shape into rolls.

Bake at 350°F for 18 minutes.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and orange juice for frosting.

Delicious Triple Coconut Cream Pie 🥥❤️
Ingredients:

1 pie crust (pre-baked)

1 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup coconut cream

1/2 cup shredded coconut (sweetened)

3/4 cup sugar

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 egg yolks

1 tsp vanilla extract

Whipped cream and toasted coconut for garnish

Directions:

Combine coconut milk, coconut cream, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan.

Heat the mixture, stirring constantly until thickened.

Add the egg yolks, tempering them with a bit of the hot mixture, then return to heat.

Stir in vanilla extract and shredded coconut.

Pour the filling into the pie crust and chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours.

Before serving, top with whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes.

Passover Bark with Dates & Peanut Butter 🍫🌴
Ingredients:
• 9 Medjool dates
• 1 matzah square
• 1/3 cup peanut butter
• 1/3 cup melted chocolate
• Flaky salt
• Topping options: raisins, walnuts, cranberries

How-To:

Slice dates, remove pits, and lay flat on parchment.

Roll gently to flatten.

Press matzah square gently over dates.

Spread peanut butter and top with chocolate.

Add salt and toppings. Freeze for a few hours.

Chop and enjoy.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp butter

2 tbsp white sugar

2 tbsp brown sugar

3 tbsp flour (heat-treated)

1 tbsp milk

1 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions:

Cream butter and sugars together.

Stir in milk, flour, and vanilla extract.

Fold in chocolate chips for a sweet bite!

Ingredients

2½ cups flour

3/4 cup sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

3 eggs

1/2 cup melted butter

1/2 cup milk

Zest & juice from 2 lemons

1/2 cup homemade lemon curd

How To Make It

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, mix eggs, butter, milk, lemon zest, and juice.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients.

Spoon batter into tins and top with a dollop of lemon curd.

Bake for 20 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Spiced Pumpkin Cheesecake Heaven 🎂🍁
Crust Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup butter (melted)

2 tbsp sugar

Filling Ingredients:

2 lbs cream cheese

1 cup pumpkin puree

1 cup brown sugar

4 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp pumpkin spice

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare your pan.

Mix crust ingredients, then press into the pan.

Beat filling ingredients until smooth.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, cool, and chill before serving.
