BREAKING NEWS: Florida Turnpike Crash

The Truck Driver involved in a deadly crash on the Florida Turnpike that Killed Three People, has NOT been released on Bond according to The U.S Marshals services in California.
Singh, 28, was wanted by the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) for thre counts of vehicular homicide and Recklessly operating a semi-truck that made an illegal U-Turn when it crossed directly in front of a vehicle, causing the vehicle to crash into the trailer and killing the three people in the van. The crash happened on Florida's turnpike in St. Lucie County August 12, 2025.
The investigation revealed that Singh and his Co-driver, Harneet Singh, a family member., fled to Sacramento, California on August 13, and then began making plans to flee back to India. An arrest warrant was then issued due to the potential flight risk., that occoured on August 15. He reportadly entered the United States illegally in 2018 and obtained a Washington State Commercial Driver’s License before obtaining a non-domicile cdl from California.
U.S. Marshals received a warrant and associated information from thr FHP on August 16 and a notice was sent to the Eastern District of California. U.S. Marshals and Task Force Officers responded to an address associated with Singh in Stockton. They identified Singh as the lone occupant of a vehicle that arrived during surveillance of the location and arrested him.
Singh was taken into custody without incident. He was booked in at the San Joaquin County Jail to await initial appearance. An immigration detainer was also filed on behalf of Immigration and Customs Enforcement which carries a no bond attachment.
Following the crash on August 12., Singh and his co-driver were escorted to a near by hotel per FHP. Both parties were told to remain in Florida until the conclusion of the investigation. FHP says that Singh and his co-driver disobeyed that directive booked plane tickets & fled to California where both men then booked tickets to India. While in California., the FMCSA and U.S DOT conducted an interview with both drivers.
The U.S Marshals report that Singh was arriving home after his interview with government officals to gather belongings to make a 5pm departer to India. Singh is also believed to be responsible for a crash that led to two other fatalities in California but was not charged because police couldnt place him behind the wheel at the time of the crash. It was reported that there were three driver in the truck at the time of that crash.
Singh and his Co-Driver both reportadle attended Skyline Truck Driving School in Washington State., a now defunct CDL School that ceased operations in 2021 before briefly reopening again. The State of Washington once again uncoverd a Bribary scheme and permanently closed the school in 2025.
We did a thorough investigation into Skyline CDL School including across various social media accounts., on facebook., skyling has removed multiple posts from near the time Singh would have graduated and the most recent activity has been in the las 7 days…see image below. We believe skyline is trying to cover its tracks and remove images of singh. The FMCSA says singh was first issued a CDL in Washington State on July 15th, 2023.
Of the 1,590 driver who attended Skyline or one of its affilated schools., the State of Washington identified 560 drivers and subsequently revoked 80% of those drivers CDLs. There is no word as to a reason why all affected CDL’s weren’t suspended but Washington State did say that they weren’t able to identify every driver.
According to the FMCSA., agents with the fmcsa and DOT conducted an interview with Singh., according to there reports he failed the English Proficiency test and was only able to identify one road sign out of four. The sign he correctly identified was a no U-Turn sign., which ironically was located at the cross over he used to make an illegal U-Turn. It’s safe to assume that he knows what that sign means now because FHP inormed him.
