Update of the bread thief - Blueberry did in fact have a tummy ache but drank a lot of water and was back to herself the next day. She kinda regretted it but says it was worth it. 😂 The loaf was too tempting and I left it there with her in a rush to pick up my son from school. I’m to blame 100%. 😂 I’ve learned my lesson but I don’t think Miss Blueberry would think twice if the opportunity struck again.

Miss Blue is a foodie just like me so I get it. 😂

Whole grains are great to use in chocolate chip cookie recipes because their complex nutty flavor pairs so well with chocolate and butter. These whole wheat CCCs are soft and chewy with a crispy edge. Notes of vanilla maple caramel, pools of rich dark chocolate and a touch of sea salt make for the perfect cookie! ✨🍪✨

The best part is the batter comes together in one bowl and is egg-free. Make the batter ahead of time so the flour can absorb all the flavor!
