Ad | Flaky biscuits, juicy strawberries, whipped cream clouds… and just a hint of spring roses 🌹🍓
This is my strawberry shortcake with biscuits, made completely from scratch and filmed in the garden while strawberries are at their peak.
I partnered with to use their beautiful edible Flavorette® Honey-Apricot Roses — gently infused into the cream and strawberries for a soft floral finish that feels like spring in dessert form. It’s subtle, fragrant, and completely optional, but such a beautiful way to elevate a classic.
The recipe itself stays true to tradition: buttery biscuits, fresh macerated strawberries, and softly whipped cream layered together while the biscuits are still slightly warm.
