Now how did I end up in this situation?…

Mainly because they are essentially the governing body and control everything that you do in the country

This was apparently for our protection, but it definitely was a little bit, stressful more than anything

Also, you can see that I am in a more modest type of outfit because right now we are in the south of this is a lot more strict

Why can’t Afghans just leave Afghanistan if it’s so bad.

Well, for one it seems the new one in the world wants them… Have you noticed people‘s opinions have rapidly changed over the past year or so?

Also getting a passport is incredibly expensive and difficult for many. It is not as easy as making a choice

These are the rules given to foreigners when they enter Afghanistan

It is kind of interesting because although they might seem a bit reasonable… In reality, there is a very dark undertone to it.

Water for only $.70 ??? How is that possible at a sports stadium

My American brain cannot compute it in China.

Things in China are different than what you might think.
Certain things are very affordable and it makes it really pleasurable to travel in China as an American

This is a beautiful tomb and there’s a man who protects the tomb, and has for many many years. He lives in a cave right near it

So why am I not allowed up here?

During the right season the field behind me will bloom with flowers. But not just any flowers. … poppies.

Known for making 0pium. While this is outlawed it still continues to thrive in an underground industry by the TB
