🌟 MEET OUR CO-HOST: Karlie Cowell 🌟
Hi, I’m Karlie, and I’m beyond excited to be a co-host of The No Niche Network! A little about me: I’m the owner of The 87 Collection, a digital marketing company specializing in social media management, photography, videography, and graphic design. My passion is helping businesses tell their stories and connect with their community in meaningful ways.

I am also a Founder and the Marketing Chair of . If you follow us there, I’m the one behind the screen for each post and interaction. I would not be where I am today if it weren’t for Makenzie inviting me to the first brainstorming session of creating Young Professional Napa Valley.

When I’m not brainstorming campaigns or working behind the lens, you can find me picking up water only Foods, googling how to spell the correct “there”, watching shows with my family or spending time with my friends and boyfriend! I am beyond excited for you to learn more about me and The No-Niche Network. I’m so happy you are here to support this new endeavor of Makenzie and I’s.

✨MEET OUR CO-HOST: Makenzie Payne✨

Makenzie is currently the owner of -organization, an organization company. She loves a system and efficiency to help balance her wild life and messy brain. Through her business, she teaches people how to organize their homes, events, and projects based on tips that she has learned out of necessity and her natural talent (or obsession) for removing clutter.

You may know Makenzie as the Chair of , a networking group supported by the Napa Valley Chamber Coalition. Makenzie founded Young Professionals Napa Valley out of a need to find community within her interests (and age group!). In 2 years, the program has grown to over 400 members hosting monthly mixers at various locations throughout Napa Valley.

Makenzie spends most of her time brainstorming the next big idea for her business (or a new one all together!), drinking over-prices lattes (so worth it!), or de-cluttering, re-organizing, or re-decorating her home.

Introducing... The No-Niche Network Podcast!

Founded by co-hosts Karlie Cowell and Makenzie Payne, this podcast dives into the challenges of being in your 20s and just trying to figure it all out.

We’ve created a space to connect on current struggles and celebrate recent wins. Together, we’ll share the lessons we’re learning along the way and grow side by side with you. We’ll even call on our mentors for advice and pass it all along to you!

We’ve always been told to “find our niche,” but that’s never resonated with us. We aren’t just one thing. We’re a mix of skills, personality traits, and interests that can’t be confined to a single box. So, instead, we’re embracing the idea of not fitting into a niche and allowing ourselves to explore everything we want to be.

We hope this podcast gives you comfort in knowing you’re not alone on this journey. Yes, it can feel scary, but it’s also full of fun, laughter, and joy.
