I totally fell into the loop of reading all the self-help books and watching all the YouTube videos...
..and then waking up and nothing happening as if I was just going to wake up one random Tuesday re-invented.

I realized I had to take a step back and take really baby steps, and it's working.

If you want, I laid out the system that I developed for myself in a simple and practical workbook.

I'm not a therapist, but I found a way to start over in my fifties and get momentum

That's exactly why I created Your Next Best Move: The Workbook.

It's a practical workbook that lays out the simple document-connect- micro-expeiment-l system I built for myself when completely starting over in my 50's.

Comment MOVE and I'll DM you a link to access the workbook.

I am NOT a psychologist. I'm not a therapist. I'm not a mindset coach. I'm not a nervous system regulator.

I'm just a gal, 59 years old, starting my third act, starting completely over, by the way, and wanting to create the most amazing chapter yet.

What I have found out for me is that it's messy, tiny little steps, but it's forward motion.

People keep asking me how I'm doing it because I'm finding some success along the way. I put it in a workbook that I'm calling "Your Next Right Move."

You've made a lot of right moves before, maybe some wrong ones too, but it's my system.

This is Colleen's system that I came up with, where I take a look at myself and who I am. I generate some ideas of what might be good for me to try. I break those down into little micro steps, and then I go try them.

It's messy. It's not perfect, but I got to tell you, it's working.

If you want to check it out, COMMENT the word MOVE. I'll DM you a link to my workbook, "Your Next Right Move."

Cheers!

I woke up a few years ago. I was like 55 or 56. I was astonished at the realization that I really don't know who I am or what I even like at this age.

After I got over the shock of that revelation, I decided to sit down and just start figuring it out.

I had read all the self-help books.
I had watched all the YouTubes.
I had watched all the inspirational stories on Instagram...

and still nothing.

I'm a practical gal.

So, I came up with a little system for myself where I document myself.

I use these idea mashup s where I come up with a few ideas to try.

Then, I put those ideas to really micro-test. I micro-test them so that I'm not blowing up my life.

What it's done is given me momentum.

I'm actually trying new things without fear of it blowing up in my face. I'm finding stuff that I really do enjoy.

Anyhow, if you're curious about that system, I put it all together in a super simple document.

Life is what happens when you're making plans.

And, on a more positive note I'm packaging up the exetculises and processes that I've created for myself as I am coming into this tm3rd Actt, which I believe can be our absolutely most fabulous opportunity.

I'm treating my 3rd Act as my first life, but like many people, I was having the same questions:

- Who am I now?
- What do I want to do next to make this next chapter magical?
- How do I make that happen without blowing up my life?

I have a lot of practical systems. I'm putting them together for you all.

Stay tuned for that.

Dear universe,

It's clear you know the plot line and your timing is always impeccable.

Do you think maybe, just this once, you can share the storyline with me... in advance... so I can see the train that's barreling toward me?

The plot twists are getting to be a bit much.

Thank you and sincerely, Me
