In true fashion I made a new outfit just 2 hours before I had to decorate and host a baby shower! I was so excited to become an Aunt B again and celebrate our first niece that this occasion called for a new girlie dress.

Proud is an understatement! Look at all of their beautiful jelly roll rugs! 🤩🤩

Everyone used the same jelly roll but the way they organized their fabric strips made each one unique and a little different.

I’m so grateful to have spent the last 4 days with these talented and creative sewists! We had the best time sewing, learning, and laughing together. I will forever cherish the friends I make at my sewing retreats. 💜

Day 1 of the October Sew with Me Retreat was a fun and productive day! All of the attendees arrived, we had a fun outing to McCalls Quilt Shop in town, made our first projects with beautiful fabrics and celebrated mine and Angela’s birthdays with a mermaid cake! 🎂

Tonight I put the finishing touches and final prep on the Sew with Me Retreat I’m hosting this weekend at Osage Hills Retreat.

I can’t wait to meet all of my new sewing friends on Saturday!! 💜
