🎼Happy Dolly Day🦋
The story: I have a huge audition tonight after gymnastics. Had to go see a prior awesome choir director at the middle school where I found my last COOL principal dressed in a Dolly wig playing 9-2-5 on his phone with a huge butterfly balloon, while I was visiting for MUSIC 🎶.

Had to share my 🦋 DOLLY Day🎶 story and how my audition falls on this very special 9-25.

Fingers crossed I nail it for the judges at the late 8:40 pm slot tonight.🤞I really would love this one to work out.

Then over an hour back home to prepare to sing with the Larry Stephenson Band at the Vine Grove Bluegrass Festival in Kentucky at 11 am in the morning at that festival. 🎶

📱 Dreama Belcher Stephenson Bennett you rocked the wig.

Happy National Gymnastics Day! ♥️ Fun fact: it falls while I'm here training at the National's Team Training Camp in Baton Rouge, LA at LSU!!!

I've spent nearly my entire life in gymnastics. It is a sport that never stops all year!

And I'm grateful God has given me the grit to keep moving forward!

Gymnastics makes you stronger in ways most people don't ever see. ♥️
Just a few pics from this year I can find fast.

Thanks to my parents for all they do.

It’s been a crazy week and I haven't even had time to say how excited I am that I qualified for the Tennessee State Horse Show in every event this year I ride in! 🐴✨Looking back at night one of the TSCA show, I have mixed emotions but am so grateful. For the second year in a row I rode my horse in trail. She was being a total bo**er, so I couldn't believe
🏅We took home Honorable Mention. Video posting soon so you see her act up!
So I'm happy!! Getting that medal means so much in a tough class like that. ❤️💙🏇

Things got so wild I didn’t even get a picture. They called the 13 - 17 winners while my mom’s class was already started, I was holding her spooked horse while she was frantically trying to get a registration mix-up fixed at check-in. We didn't even get a picture of the moment.

It breaks my heart for her because she did so much prior work for this one class and was up there 2 hours early in plenty time but couldnt risk taking him back thru the golf carts to check-in. We had to send a friend that happened by just to check me in. Hers is so buddy-sour to my mare that I rushed mine back to camp so she could have a safe ride. When I got back to check her in, we found out she wasn't on the list.🙄 Even though it was well before her turn, they wouldn't let her ride after talking to all the right people. Trail is a long class and her absolute fav. It was probably after 10 when I rode in my age before her class.
She was grateful for a courtsey ride to try that pattern in the end. 😊

We are still going to have fun with the rest of the show since speed events aren't her thing on her young Gypsy Vanner though. 💕

Sunday Funday/night, to practice for the show.
Mom's horse broke the bridal standing at the trailer and me and my 🥃worked on control and speed both.

She wanted to buck in a lope around barrel 1 and Mom's tried it coming home on poles.

Hope to share the fair show next.

🎶My first talent show of this summer… ❤️

I had the opportunity to perform at the 1st Annual Sumner County D.A.R.E. Talent Show!

I chose “You’ll Never Leave Harlan Alive” and decided to keep it simple with just me, my guitar, and a song I really love.

Worked hard on getting this one right, including finally getting that B7 under my fingers 😂, so hearing afterward that my guitar playing was spot on meant so much to me. I couldn't believe anyone would mention the guitar. And it was from a guitar player to boot. :)

But I don't think I was prepared for the reaction at the end. ❤️

That applause is something!!!!

Thank you so much to everyone who cheered me on, and found me afterward with such incredibly kind words. It meant so much. And thank you to Sumner County D.A.R.E. for putting together such a wonderful first talent show and giving all of us a stage to share what we love.

Here’s my performance of “You’ll Never Leave Harlan Alive.” 🎤 I hope you like a bluegrass music sound.

Hope you’ll listen all the way to the end. ❤️
