Something wild happened at work the other day…

I was just doing my thing when I heard a voice from the stage that literally stopped me dead in my tracks.

I looked up and THAT voice was coming from 16-year-old Rocco Gorelik. 🤯

I immediately had to figure out who this kid was… and once I found his page and heard MORE?! Yeah. Y’all DEFINITELY need to know about him.

He’s got that deep, old-school country sound that you absolutely do not expect to hear coming out of a 16-year-old, and I have a feeling we’re going to be hearing a whole lot more from him in the very near future.

One of my favorite parts of doing this is finding the artists, songwriters + emerging talent you might not know yet and putting them on YOUR radar.

So go give Rocco Gorelik a follow and I’m going to keep introducing you to the country artists you’ll want to be able to say you knew before everybody else did (so smash my follow button too 🥰🫶🏻).

WE’RE GETTING CLOSER!!!!! 😍🥳🥳🥳

They keep revealing new aspects of this gorgeous property and I swear every time I walk by there’s something new!!! 👀🦋

Dolly Parton’s new SongTeller Hotel is going to be SO MUCH more than just a hotel.

🎶 Parton’s Live — an intimate live music venue featuring songwriters, emerging artists + more Nashville talent!

🦋 Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum — a 20,000+ sq. ft. museum dedicated to Dolly’s life and career, with personal artifacts, stories + immersive exhibits 🤩

✨ Jolene’s — a rooftop lounge with live music, cocktails + views of downtown Nashville and the Cumberland River🍹

🏨 245 rooms + suites filled with Dolly-inspired details throughout the property

And of course, there are going to be ALL kinds of little Dolly touches woven throughout the experience😍!!!!!!

They originally said September, but as soon as I have a concrete opening date, Y’ALL WILL KNOW!!!!!!! 🥳

This is a stripped down version of his current smash “Get To Drinkin’” that I was fortunate enough to hear him play in the Sirius XM studios last week. SiriusXM The Highway

I first saw Zach John King at RedWest last October, where I got to watch him play an acoustic set like this… and then turn around and absolutely ROCK a massive festival stage. I remember thinking then, this guy is one to watch. 👀

If you want to dive a little deeper, a few of my personal favorites are “Beneath The Pines”, She Didn’t Have To”, “Hole in the Wall,” “Same Song, Different Dance” + “Still Feel the Burn.” 🔥

AND the timing couldn’t be better to start listening because his new record ‘I’m What You Get’ drops 8/28… soooo I’m pretty sure we’re all about to have a whole lot of new favorites 🥲

Country Splash is happening Labor Day Weekend in CABO and somehow there is STILL time to book this absolutely unhinged end-of-summer decision.

The lineup is absolutely insane, the resort is absolutely gorgeous, the drinks are flowing endlessly… what are we even debating here?! 😂✈️🌴

Most artists playing massive stadiums have a full band, tons of theatrics, and whatever else the mind can dream up.

Ed Sheeran was quite a different story… and this clip beautifully captures why. 😭

No massive production needed. No band. Just Ed, his guitar, and an entire SOLD OUT Nissan Stadium singing along to “Perfect.”

There’s something absolutely insane about watching one person command a crowd that size with nothing but a song.

And hearing 73,000 people sing “darling, you look perfect tonight” together?! 🥹😭

THIS is the kind of live show that’s hard to get over and one you’ll never forget. I’ve been to huuuundreds of shows, and this one was absolutely one for the books, y’all. 📚😍🔥
