So excited for Tropical Oasis tomorrow night! 🌴✨ If you’ve ever wanted to come see me perform, THIS is the show I want you at. 💃🏼

The Velvet Affair is truly unlike anything else you’ll experience in Nashville — live music, burlesque, glamour, incredible performers, and a whole lot of sparkle. ✨ And I’m especially excited to bring a little of my Latin ballroom dance into my act this time. 🔥

I’ll link tickets in my stories for you! Come escape into our little tropical world with me. 🌺🍑

Every workout. Every healthy choice. Every time you show up, even when no one is watching.

Choose yourself. Again and again.

Because someone needs to see what it looks like to stop playing small…. Let it be you. 💗✨

People seem to be really invested in my waistband lately. 😂

For the record: I do wear a size 00 in American Eagle jeans… but more importantly, my worth has never been determined by the number on a tag. I was beautiful at a size 12, and I’m beautiful now. Every woman deserves to feel that way about herself. 💖

This journey has never been about chasing a clothing size—it’s been about feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident in my own skin.

If you’re curious about the workout program and nutrition plan that helped me get here, comment ✨ CONFIDENCE ✨ below and I’ll send you the link.

That last video… “watch me go from a size 12 to a 0”…
got a lot of hate 😅

People saying I was lying…
But what they didn’t see was the work behind it.

This was never about being smaller.
This was about becoming the strongest version of myself.
At 44.
After being told I couldn’t by drs.

I built more muscle than I’ve ever had.
I’ve since lost another 35 lbs.
And I proved it to myself.

I’ve loved my body at every size…
but this version? She feels unstoppable.

If you want to know exactly what I did or have questions,
comment STRONG 💪 and I’ll DM you the details ✨
