I’ll let you know when I figure out where the last 8 years went…

What I do know is they involved a lot of laughing, eating, traveling, changing plans, figuring it out as we went, and building a pretty wonderful life together.

8 years married to my best friend, biggest cheerleader, and favorite person to do life with. 🤍

At the end of July, I stepped down from my role as COO at Blink.

When I joined the agency, I was given the opportunity to help build something special. Over the past several years, I had the privilege of leading client strategy and delivery while helping build the operational foundation needed to support a growing business.

Looking back, I’m incredibly proud of what we accomplished together. We partnered with organizations doing meaningful work, helped clients navigate growth and transformation, launched brands and initiatives, built lasting relationships, and developed the systems, processes, and team structure needed to support the agency’s future.

Today, Blink is well-positioned for its next phase of growth, and I couldn’t be more excited to see where the team takes it from here.

What I’ll take with me most are the relationships…the clients who trusted us, the partners who collaborated with us, and the teammates who worked tirelessly to bring great ideas to life. Thank you for being part of the journey.

After wrapping up this chapter, Steven and I celebrated my birthday with a trip to Mexico - a chance to reflect on how far we’ve come and get excited about what’s ahead.

And a special thank you to my husband, Steven, for being my biggest cheerleader through every challenge, every late night, every leap of faith, and every big dream. Thank you for believing in me, celebrating the wins, and encouraging me every step of the way.

I’m incredibly grateful for this chapter, proud of what we built, and excited for the next one.

Here’s to growth, gratitude, and new beginnings. ✨

This is 30 🤍

Celebrating the start of a new decade in my favorite place feels pretty special.

When I was younger, I had a very clear picture of what my life would look like by 30. If I’m being honest, it doesn’t look anything like I thought it would. But somehow, it’s also better in so many ways.

I’ve learned that life doesn’t always follow the timeline we create for ourselves. Some of the things I hoped would happen by now haven’t happened yet. But so many unexpected and wonderful things have.

I’ve built a career I never could have imagined, taken some incredible leaps of faith, traveled to beautiful places, met amazing people, laughed a lot, grown through some really hard seasons, and have the most supportive husband to do life with. I have a life I could never have imagined.

Thirty feels less like having everything figured out and more like learning to trust the process, embrace the unexpected, and be grateful for the life that’s unfolding…even when it looks different than I planned.

Here’s to the next decade. I have a feeling it’s going to be a good one. 🤍

Busy mornings require a breakfast that actually does its job. ☕️✨

I’ve been trying the Daily Harvest Protein Oat Bowls from Wegmans and love that they’re made with real ingredients, packed with 16g+ protein and 7g+ fiber, and actually keep me full through a busy morning of meetings.

Because breakfast shouldn’t leave you hungry an hour later.

Busy days = forgetting meals 😅

Picked up two flavors of PIRQ’s 21g Protein Shakes to keep me going between meetings, errands, and everything in between, and honestly… both were so good. Smooth, satisfying, and packed with 21g of protein, they made it easy to stay fueled when I didn’t have time for a full meal.

Definitely keeping these on hand for busy days. 💪🥤

Leadership isn’t built in the big moments. It’s built in the thousands of small decisions nobody sees.

Some days I feel confident. Some days I rely on discipline. Both count.

To the women building careers, businesses, families, and futures at the same time: keep showing up. 🤍

Some pieces earn a permanent place in your closet.

As I’ve stepped into more leadership roles, I’ve become much more intentional about what I buy. I look for pieces that fit well, feel polished, and can move seamlessly from meetings to events to dinner without missing a beat.

That’s exactly what I love about this blazer from . The quality is evident the moment you put it on, the fit is incredibly flattering, and it is the kind of timeless staples that never goes out of style.

Whether I’m dressing for a day of meetings or an evening event, I know I’ll be reaching for this again and again.

Classic. Versatile. Effortless.

You can shop these styles and more at Misook.com.

Being a redhead taught me something funny about confidence.

For years, I tried to tone it down.
Cooler tones. Darker glosses. Anything to make the red less noticeable.

I thought blending in would make me feel more polished, more professional, more taken seriously.

But somewhere along the way, I realized the things we spend the most time trying to soften are usually the things that make us memorable in the first place.

So here’s to slowly learning to embrace the parts of yourself you once tried to hide. ❤️
Happy National Redhead Day.

Some of us were taught that success meant constantly proving ourselves.

Proving we belong.
Proving we’re capable.
Proving we can carry it all.

But I’m learning that real confidence feels quieter than that.

It’s building a life that feels aligned, peaceful, meaningful, and still ambitious.

A life that looks good online is one thing.
A life that feels good to live is another.

And I think more women are finally choosing both.
