Congratulations on six years to our clients and friends at Hancock Family Farm! If you’ve never visited their store in Springfield or farm stand at the Nashville Farmers’ Market you are missing out!

🌞 We want to express our 🤍gratitude and 🙏thanks for this Saturday marks 6 official years as a store in Springfield, Tennessee so come celebrate with us! Without our community we could not do it! We are humbled by folks who live locally, out of county and out of state even, that make the scenic drive to our farm market daily, weekly, monthly and yearly!

Based here on our Robertson County farm, growing & sourcing fresh produce means the world to us, and we are so proud to share it with your family. ☺️

Matthew’s first taste of farming was growing corn and selling it out of his truck as a teenager.
Needless to say, we still grow corn, along with yellow squash, zucchini, cucumbers, Lee’s candy onions (named after our son and his LOVE for onions), Yukon Gold potatoes, Kennebec potatoes, red potatoes, Red River Red tomatoes, Pink Girl tomatoes, Cherokee Purple Heirloom tomatoes, peaches, strawberries, blackberries, plums and lots of other produce!

Farming has been a lifelong passion of Matthew’s, as he was born and raised on the land that he now farms and raises his children upon. The farm is located in Springfield, Tennessee has been in the family for over 100 years! Matthew and Jodi love how farming connects them with the community and how they are able to provide the freshest fruits and vegetables for their friends and family. In 2019, Matthew and Jodi opened this farm market located just 1.5 miles from the farm at 7114 Highway 49 East in Springfield, TN. You can find fresh produce, local meats and dairy at the market year round Monday through Saturday from 9-6 and at their farm stand at the Nashville Farmers’ Market.

Seasons are changing and Q3 gets closer and closer to Q4 as we continue to push through the rest of 2025. Thinking ahead to 2026 where will we as individuals and collectively as businesses and industries go in our pursuits?

The moment I stepped out of the river everyone else was swimming in was the day my life and business changed. Mapping new creeks and streams, finding new ways to connect and serve people, versus just trying to land a new job or contract. “How may I help you” is not just a great question, it is a mindset that keeps me moving forward with Granite Hill Media as a company.

Lots of people will have great ideas but never be able to put them to work and lots of people will never have great ideas but will know how to put a great idea to work. It’s a balance of humility, collaboration and ex*****on.

One day we learn to stop depending on the socially accepted paths taking handouts from others and then we learn to step out of that pool, fish for ourselves and begin providing for ourselves while serving others.

Onwards and upwards to all.

Recently the team at Granite Hill Media finished another website build for an incredible infrastructure company and client who not only serves their industry but serves the Lord as well. It is always an exciting process and a different one coming at this from a story approach.

Directing and Producing Television shows as well as doing a ton of content creation for decades has given us a unique perspective for our clients now that we are focused on branding, digital, media and content storytelling services.

We think about visual storytelling just as much as written. We focus on imagery that connects with viewers and writing that connects with any audience. Yes, we think of your viewers as an audience and what relates to them to keep them coming back for more.

Whether building a website, creating content or simply advising our clients, it always comes down to their own work and life experience. It is about truly getting to know them and paying attention for those little details that make them so special. Those golden nuggets allow us to navigate.

Another incredible thing happens when you speak to clients like human beings, they relax and feel comfortable in sharing their vision. I can’t tell you how proud I am of my clients for really digging deep and sharing what’s in their hearts. That is the difference between generic and uniqueness.

Sure there is never enough time for a business owner or CEO to really have a sit down but, making time for them, getting to know them and allowing them to unleash their thoughts, passions, dreams and letting them rip to be the road map towards the end goal is like no other!

We just locked into a new logo & website design for a major Steel Company and the same thing applies, your origins, having a vision, getting to know your clients and truly caring about how you can serve them is what matters.

It is an honor to work with our clients for they are the backbone that builds America and the world. From privately owned tower communications companies to infrastructure companies, farmers and beyond, it is an honor and a privilege to serve.

Whether you are building a new business or continuing to grow one, it comes down to how you tell your story and yes- great stories happen to those who can tell them. As a story-driven business owner of a media company, I know what it is like to be an owner, the loneliness, the looming questions, how the market and your customers will react. You may think you have nothing worthy to share, or that your company is boring. I am here to tell you that you do have a story to share, that it is not only interesting but also worthy. Granite Hill Media is the outside the box perspective to help you see it, hone it in and bring it home.

Since branching off into the marketing and branding space after years of producing television, I have run into countless clients who have been burned in the past by other media companies who claimed to be story-focused when in fact they were not. They would show up, had the fancy cameras and gear, made flashy edited content as well, but with no why, no rhyme behind the reason, no purpose, and did not drive the story or the content in ways to push business through proper word of mouth, digital or social media channels.

Storytelling is about building brands, it is about driving brands and product but is even more so about building relationships with your client base to continuously inform them about what is going on with your company so that they can engage, share, participate and grow.

Taking the time to actually get to know your clients, communicate with them and learn about what is going on day in and day out is how timely stories and content are created to drive business. Take the ego out of it and share your authenticity.
