Our thanks to all who helped TSA grow and thrive in '25!

Congrats to the writers who made Honor Roll in TSA's first Script School class by completing a new feature film script from logline to "the end" in less than 9 months!

In February 2025, the Tennessee Screenwriting Association launched its Script School program for members of the TSA.

Congratulations to writer Jim Peacock who won this year's Short 'N Scary script contest with "Underneath." Jim's script got a table read at this year's Script-Com Screenwriters Conference.

Congrats also go out to the contest's Finalists, Semi-Finalists, and a special thanks to our contest judges including Bob Saenz ("Extracurricular Activities"), Alvaro Rodriguez ("From Dusk Till Dawn") and Dennis Paoli ("Re-Animator").

The winner of this year's Short 'N Scary contest is Jim Peacock for his short script 'Underneath,' which battled through two rounds of voting to our first-ever "Sudden Death" round before getting the highest point score.
