OCTOBER PHOTO DUMP // 5 years this week since we moved to Nashville and I’m so unbelievably grateful. 🙌🏽

It was a jam packed, incredible month, full of birthday celebrations, unforgettable travel moments with the fam, having my mom come visit, contracts and closings for amazing clients, growing as a man with strong, godly men, sighting in my rifle to finally learn to hunt this year, and way more than I can put into a post like this! All I can say is my cup runneth over.

I know you’re not supposed to have favorites, but this by in definitely stole a piece of my heart the second I walked in. I was taking a client through and we didn’t realize it had actually gone under contract just hours earlier. She was heartbroken. Me too. 😭 BUT, at least I can get to work with her on having them build a new one just for her beautiful family!

You know what happens when you price your home too high? Absolutely nothing.

It’s not 2022 anymore and we gotta be realistic, guys. As an agent, I’m running every number and scenario and algorithm and mathing the math ad nauseam.

It might not be the right time to sell and that’s okay. But the right price for your home isn’t what you feel it should be worth. It’s not what you paid for it or how much you put into it. It’s what a buyer will pay for it.

You don’t hire me to list your home. You hire me to sell it.

And I’m not a jerk about it but I tell you the truth and ask you to trust me. That’s like the baseline.

Also, this isn’t aimed at anyone, to be clear. Haha! No subtweeting here. It’s just the nature of the market we are in and hopefully a helpful thought if you’re tossing around the idea of selling your home.

Love you guys and I am so honored by every single person who entrusts this part of their story with me.

And as the market continues to level out to a healthy balance as it is now, we have seen an interesting phenomenon where the new Spring Market seems to have switched into the Fall for the second year in a row. Purchase applications are up for 37 straight weeks, and interest rates continue to drop, making buying a home more possible for tens of thousands more folks.

So if you’re in the fence about whether it’s the right time to sell, MAYBE it is for you! If you’re in the Greater Nashville Area, I’d be more than delighted to help walk you through it!

Getting SO EXCITED for .construction.design’s new project! It’s truly gonna be the definition of perfection. A true masterpiece estate on 5 acres in Brentwood’s Primm Farm. We went to to pick out tile for all the TWELVE BATHROOMS this beauty is gonna have. They truly want each room to be its own unique wow moment and trust me, they’re gonna make it happen. Nashville hasn’t seen anything like it yet! Love these guys so much and their vision they’re bringing to life with ! Should have details soon to show you guys more renderings, so stay tuned!

Went out to the Nashville Parade of Homes yesterday in and it did not disappoint! From the first home I toured by , my mind was blown in increasing measure with every room I entered! Absolutely stunning from floor to ceiling and then some. Every single corner, nook, and cranny just so intentionally designed for jaw-dropping moment after jaw-dropping moment.
