I never truly understood what David meant in Psalm 23 when he said, “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil,” until today.

Nowhere does it say he stopped to question why he was in the valley. It simply says he walked through.

And that’s the reminder… this isn’t the season to overanalyze why you’re there. It’s the season to trust God and keep moving.

No matter what you’re facing, believe that God is working on your behalf. The valley is not your destination there is something waiting for you on the other side. 🙌🏼

Life gets easier when you stop fighting it. The rain will fall whether you complain or not. Traffic will exist whether you stress or not. People will act how they want whether you worry or not. Focus on what you can change let go of what you can’t. 🤍

Don’t ever be embarrassed about your life. We all go through things that shake us, humble us, or force us to start over. Moving back home, losing your job, getting your heart broken, going through a divorce, hitting a low mentally… it’s all a part of being human.

Life be life’ing, and none of us are exempt. If somebody is laughing at your struggle, just understand their lesson is on the way. Everybody gets humbled at some point.

What matters is that you keep going. You get up. You rebuild. You learn yourself again. Today might not be your best season, but that doesn’t mean it’s your final one.

You can be at rock bottom today and on the rise tomorrow. Life changes fast. Don’t count yourself out. 🫶🏼💖
