Patient Retention Marketing puts smiles on the faces of the ultimate grin makers: dentists. How do we do this? By taking marketing demands off of their plates. We specialize in assisting dental practices in connecting with and retaining current patients as well as bringing in additional business. We showcase the stories of the practice and the people who have built them through reputation management, social media posts, and video-based campaigns using the advanced technology of OLIVE (On Location Interactive Video Experience).

OLIVE is the driving force behind the content we create. This high tech device allows dentists and their teams to create high-quality video content from the comfort of their office. OLIVE utilizes an HD camera, built-in branding, easy mounting, and an o-shaped light around the camera to capture beautiful, informative footage that includes in-depth looks into each office and the teams behind them. The Hi5 Practice team uses this footage to create videos for both patients and potential patients alike. Patient videos can include birthday greetings, appointment reminders, and post-op instructions. In order to recruit patients to the practice, we also create videos where candidates can get to know the doctors and their team, learn about the treatments the office provides, or learn about financial options to name a few. These videos find a home within custom email, text, and social media campaigns. The OLIVE stays in the office, so dental teams can continue to create in-the-moment content to post directly to their online profiles. This can be fantastic for introducing new services and team members or allowing patients to leave testimonials about your practice.

With our video fueled marketing efforts along with simplifying the review response and referral process, we take our dental professionals off of Facebook and into the exam room with their patients -- the place they love most.
