Updated with a Link to Give to the Helene Flood Relief Fund:

We are collecting items for East TN/Asheville flood relief. Throughout the next week we will be collecting the following items for Helene Flood Relief for East TN/Asheville NC.

These items can be delivered to the church and placed in the south lobby area (left of the main entrance doors). If you drop off the items after church office hours just leave them outside the front entrance and we will bring them inside in the morning.

Items requested are as follows:

* hygiene supplies
* diapers
* baby formula
* feminine products
* manual breast pumps
* bottled water
* blankets
* toiletries
* clothing of all sizes
* flashlights
* batteries
* non-perishable foods
* protein bars
* powerade/gatorade
* pet food/supplies
* first aid kits

The deadline for dropoff is Sunday, Oct. 13. We will be delivering the donations sometime between Monday, October 14th and Thursday, October 17th.

To New Hope Community Church Brentwood and our Brentwood neighbors, we are going to begin collecting supplies and donations for East TN/Asheville. Items can be brought to the church tomorrow and we will be coordinating donation delivery times in the weeks ahead.

For now, here is the list of items that are being requested:

* hygiene supplies (toothpaste, soap, deodorant)
* diapers
* baby formula
* feminine products
* manual breast pumps
* bottled water
* blankets
* toilet paper
* clothing of all sizes
* flashlights
* batteries
* non-perishable foods
* protein bars
* powerade/gatorade
* pet food/supplies

For now items will be stored in the south section of New Hope's main lobby so they can be loaded onto a trailer correctly. For those who would like to financially contribute, I will have more information on a "Giving" link that will be posted on New Hope's website in the near future.
