Call for Widow Stories: Holiday Edition

The holidays can be an incredibly difficult and triggering time for many of us. In the midst of all the joy and twinkly lights, we can often find ourselves in states of depression, anger, distress. I'm hoping to share stories that make us feel a little more seen and a little less alone. If you have any stories about how you've spent the holidays since your loss, how you've made it through, how you've found joy, how you've adapted your celebrations, I would love to share them on the podcast.
