We talk about his extended hospital stay, how he stayed positive throughout, and what it was like for her to ultimately have to make the decision to discontinue care. We also discuss how much her church has been a support for her since his passing.

In this week's episode, I speak with Colleen who lost her husband at the beginning of 2020. Just a week after the funeral, the world shut down. We talk about how her grief experience was impacted by Covid and the global lockdown, feelings of isolation and suicidal ideation, and how she's been able to find healing, sobriety, and love again in the years since.
