Today I read a quote “Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never ever have enough.” While I am spending the holiday alone and not with family and friends, it’s easy to let negative emotions get the better of me. Therefore, I choose to be thankful I do not have a million dishes to wash today! Find a moment to find gratitude today. There is always something to be thankful for. What are you thankful for? Happy thanksgiving!

This is AJ. She has AUDHD. Some people call us”Otters”. This means we have Autism and ADHD. It can make for a challenging life, but we endure and we grow. I just wanted to take a minute to show the world what a good woman does in silence and from her heart for her loved ones! For others.
