A nine-year-old boy came to the hospital all alone and complained of severe stomach pain: when the doctors examined him, they were horrified by what they saw 😱😱

At age 65, my daughter passed away during childbirth. Her husband wrote a note explaining that raising a child wasn’t for him, and vanished, leaving Lily under my care.
Thus, I became the sole guardian of my granddaughter.
Caring for a baby on a pension was barely possible. I took on small jobs, spent weekends working, and accounted for every cent.
A friend invited me to visit, promising to help with Lily so I could recharge, and after a while, I saved enough for a basic ticket.
The moment we took our seats, Lily started to CRY.
