"In this painting, I captured a beautiful encounter between my beagle Avocado and a hummingbird in my backyard. They are enjoying the colorful Zinnias together, both happy and content. This reminds me of a quote from Anne Frank: “We all live with the objective of being happy; our lives are all different and yet the same.” We may come in different sizes, shapes and colors, but deep down, we all share the same joy, pain, hope and love. If a beagle could manage to get along with a hummingbird and share the beauty of this wonderful world, we humans can certainly do better."
