Needville Pickup Policy Update 📢
We wanted to share an important update regarding our pickup process. Recently, we’ve had a few situations where customers reached out saying their orders weren’t in the pickup bin or that they never picked them up.
When we’re told this we check and see that their orders were no longer in our pickup bin. This usually means one of two things:
✔️ Someone grabbed the wrong order
✔️ Someone took an order that wasn’t theirs
To prevent this from happening going forward, we are putting a clear pickup policy in place:
• You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. (Orders placed through Shopify will receive a pickup notification through Shop) (Orders placed through DM will receive pickup notification through DM)
• Orders will stay in the pickup bin for 3 days.
• After 3 days, we will bring the order back inside.
• Once brought inside, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.
If you need to delay your pickup, no problem at all! Just message us and we’ll hold your order inside until you’re ready.
Otherwise, it will automatically be placed in the pickup bin once it’s completed, and the 3-day window will begin.
