Are there any children still in need of school supplies? We have an amazing follower who has made up 15 packs. If you did not get to the Back to School Kickoff and need supplies for your child or children please comment. Please only if you need. If you already got some from other organizations allow this to be for some who may have missed the others or deadlines. Thank you to Tatum Schultz and her husband for doing this for the youth in our community.

So we had a concerned citizen reach out about Mr Johnathon Flowers cutting hair at the Back to School Bash. Johnathan has had a history of accusations of saying inappropriate things about and or to children. During this Back to School Bash he finished up with a 13 year old little girl and proceeded to state "you are a sexy 13 year old" Heard loud and clear by the parent. However, these men/pigs have people intimidated to speak out or confront them! This is a serious issue. Johnny has a tendency to try and push blame to someone who is supposed to be his friend all in the name to protect himself. Please if you had a sketchy or inappropriate encounter with Mr Flowers at this event, please reach out. You will have full anonymity. But you all also need to report these things immediately! This is predator behavior. Again, he has exhibited it in the past according to followers and seems to be right back at it. Totally unacceptable and very worrisome.

UNTIL WE START TO REPORT AND HOLD THESE PREDATORS ACCOUNTABLE, THIS WILL CONTINUE TO BE BRUSHED UNDER THE RUG. IT WILL CONTINUE TO GO UNPUNISHED. PEOPLE DESERVE TO KNOW WHO ARE AROUND THEIR CHILDREN!

SHE WENT ON THE RUN AFTER HOSPITAL CALLED AND SHE INFORMED THEM SHE WAS NO LONGER PREGNANT! LOGAN, OHIO AREA. SHE ALSO ALLEGEDLY LEFT HER OTHER CHILDREN ALONE TO GO ON THE RUN. Does anyone know these people? This is concerning illegal dumping and PD is getting involved but the woman has been kind enough to reach out and try to get this stopped before they land themselves in jail. There have been signs placed. Same Jeep every time and overfilling another facilities dumpster. If you do not feel comfortable speaking out publicly, private message and you will stay confidential. And people, stop with the crap! Thinking you can do whatever you want whenever your want on whoever property it belongs to. Stop! Pay and take your garbage to the dump or pay your garbage bill! This is happening in Athens. Again, if you recognize them or the jeep and who it belongs to please reach out. Next step they will be dealing with PD. So I would take this as a warning and stop..........

Edit to be more clear for the one's who know it all: it is causing issues at a place of business where large vehicles cannot get through. They tried the nice route by leaving a note. They obviously felt above that. So now here we are! Move it or get towed! No more needs to be said! Stop thinking you can just block and park long term wherever you want! Have the respect to walk in and ask, I am sure they would guide you to a spot that would be safe for all and not cause their business issues!

Who owns this car? This is an attempt to save your vehicle from being towed and rightfully so. You are blocking a residents driveway and a note was left but you continue. This is the final attempt to locate the owner and resolve the issue, and save your vehicle from being towed. The resident is going above and beyond as police said it should just be towed. So be thankful this person is kind enough to do this. Instead of just having towed. You can reach out privately. Please something needs to happen today. Or else they will have to proceed with the route they do not want to take.

Mother should be sitting in jail too! Those teenagers aren't going to have a prayer with this type of mother. Good Job Hocking County. One more deadbeat and drug pusher off the streets. Again, Charge the mother too. She knew exactly what was in that car and what he was up to.

– PRESS RELEASE –
On Monday, July 20, 2026, deputies with the Hocking County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling on U.S. Route 33 for multiple traffic violations.

According to Hocking County Sheriff Lanny E. North, deputies made contact with the driver, identified as Michael Holbrook, 41, of Columbus. He was accompanied by his girlfriend and two teenage children. As deputies spoke with Holbrook, they observed drug paraphernalia in plain view. Based on those observations, a probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted.

During the search, deputies recovered 10 fi****ms, including two that had been reported stolen, suspected methamphetamine and crack co***ne, drug paraphernalia, more than $12,000 in cash, and additional evidence related to the investigation.

Holbrook, who is on parole, was charged with the following offenses under the Ohio Revised Code:
Having Weapons While Under Disability, a third-degree felony;
Receiving Stolen Property, a fourth-degree felony;
Trafficking in Drugs, a fourth-degree felony; and
Endangering Children, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Holbrook was transported to the Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail. At his initial appearance in Hocking County Municipal Court, Judge Frederick T. Moses imposed a $40,000 cash/surety bond on Holbrook. The investigation remains ongoing, and the case will be submitted to the Hocking County Prosecutor's Office for review and presentation to a Hocking County Grand Jury.
