So, we did a thing last week. 2025 nissan kicks. Only had 36 miles on it. Kind of miss the trailblazer, it was easy to spot in a parking lot if you forgot where you parked lol. But, it was starting to have issues and the warranty had run out. Those issues on newer cars can be pretty pricey. So, we welcomed a new car into our lives. This one has a good warranty and payments are cheaper. So, we save money each month and are getting better gas mileage. Even took it on its first trip to the races in tulsa last weekend.

Been 2 years since my cancer diagnosis. Been a lot of ups and downs. Numerous hours sitting in the chair at the infusion center. Lots of learning about side effects and how to counter them. Scans every 3 months. Little bit of insurance screwing up my treatment schedule. But all things considered, its been a decent 2 years.

I do miss working. After working my whole life, it still feels odd not having a job. Being on disability helps with the bills though.

Hopefully this year I have more days that I feel good enough to fish more. I didn't do much fishing last year.

Its been an interesting 2 years. But I've had my wife and the rest of my family by my side to help me through it.

Hope you all are doing good. I'll try to be a little more active on here, but I can't make any promises. Lol
