Home Crafted Artistry and Deborah Aubrey-Peyron will be at the Veterans Memorial Car Show this Sunday (if it doesn't rain and get cancelled.) We will have books, of course, including new releases! This year, we will also be serving up refreshing Iced Tea and scoops of real Ice Cream!!

It occurred most unceremoniously at the beginning of 2016. It was as if I heard a whisper that called gently through the veil of time, “Come walk with Me. And I will answer questions from your past. All that you have desired in your heart to understand. Sit with Me a while and learn.”
My very breath escaped me. “Yes Lord. I would love to walk with You.”
As I looked all around my kitchen, a smile welled up inside my heart; peace and quiet surrounded me.
And so it began. We spoke of everything from my past experiences, to miracles and even end-time prophecy.

That was the beginning of a very interesting year. These conversations still go on today. I hope and pray, they continue for the rest of my life.

David Becker not only trained over 200 top award-winning Saddlebred horses, earning multi-millions of dollars, he spent his energies answering God’s call to evangelize as he traveled to 48 nations. This is the story of how he blended these two entirely different worlds together. Many times, he was in dangerous places under only God’s protection as history was in the making all around him. He boldly went forward and preached the Gospel, even as he lived it.

I got home from work today and Mitch told me that Alice, our granddaughter, had taken Mousebear to play with. When I walked into my room, I found the sock monkeys and Baby Chocolate playing cards - eh - poker, to be exact . . .

The FIRST "Veterans Memorial Car Show" is this Memorial Day weekend!! It will be at South Harrison Park, Harrison County in Southern Indiana. Saturday there is a 5K Walk-Run for all you fitness enthusiasts.
