What you’ll need:
🍅 4 cups salsa verde
🍗 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
🌽 11 oz thick tortilla chips
🧀 1½ cups shredded cheese
🥛 ¼ cup Mexican crema
🥚 6 eggs
🍃 ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
🧅 ¼ small red onion
🥕 1 radish, thinly sliced
🥑 ½ avocado, sliced
🧀 ¼ cup crumbled queso fresco or cotija cheese
Directions:
◻️ Preheat oven to 375°F.
◻️ Microwave salsa verde in the Voila Round Glass Dish for 1 minute.
◻️ Mix salsa, shredded chicken, and tortilla chips in a bowl.
◻️ Layer half the mixture in the XL Rectangular Glass Dish, drizzle with 2 tbsp cream, and sprinkle the cheese.
◻️ Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
◻️ Make 6 wells, crack an egg into each, and bake for 10 minutes.
◻️ Drizzle remaining crema and add toppings.
◻️ Serve the crispy, saucy, savory goodness!
