Woke up with a little headache this morning and thought to myself, what better way to soothe it than with a hot cup of fresh picked apple tea 🌿🍎🍂. I sliced some apples and ginger & allowed it to boil in my kettle. I pre heated my glass tea pitcher with hot water (important step for glass pitchers so the boiling water doesn’t break it), then poured in the boiled water and apples with ginger from my kettle into the pitcher, letting the flavors further steep deeply with the herbs.

The apple slices bring a gentle sweetness, the ginger root warms the body and eases digestion, the peppermint clears the mind and soothes headaches, mullein supports lung health while also easing head tension, flax seeds add a surprisingly smooth and sweet note, red raspberry leaf balances and nourishes, and a touch of agave ties it all together with natural sweetness.

The fragrance alone felt like autumn in a cup, grounding and comforting. The taste was smooth, crisp, and absolutely delicious — the perfect alignment with the fall season.
