Grilled Chicken with Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce

# Ingredients:

• For the Chicken:

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste

• For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried Italian herbs (or fresh parsley)
- Salt and pepper to taste

• For Serving:

- 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- Chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

# Directions:

1. Marinate & Grill Chicken:
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.

2. Prepare Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian herbs. Stir until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Assemble the Bowl:
- Place cooked rice at the bottom of a bowl.

Chicken with Buttered Noodles

Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
8 ounces egg noodles
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

Start by heating olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Once the skillet is hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside to rest.
While the chicken is cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In the same skillet used for the chicken, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat the noodles in the buttery sauce.
Optionally, sprinkle in some Parmesan cheese and toss again to combine.
Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips and serve on top of the buttered noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Creamy Shrimp & Spinach Ravioli

**Ingredients:
- 1 package (about 9-12 oz) cheese or seafood ravioli
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish

**Directions:
1. Boil ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add remaining butter, garlic, and mushrooms. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
4. Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
5. Add cooked ravioli and shrimp back to the pan. Toss to coat everything in the sauce.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan. Enjoy warm!
