Guys, today we are going to start dealing with a new and quite interesting topic, namely "How to stop thinking too much and start trading" today we are going to look at two points 🤗

And so, now that you know what market fixation is and how negatively it affects trading, I suggest you some simple and effective measures to overcome this bad habit.

1️⃣ Trade what you see, not what you think

👩🏻‍💻 Trade what you actually see, not what you think might happen. Traders often "talk themselves out of" perfectly good trading sets because instead of just taking advantage of the trading opportunities they see, they start going through a whole bunch of different scenarios that may (or may not) happen.

🤓 You have to admit that you'll never know how a trade will end before it's closed. But when you see a trade signal that meets your trading strategy criteria, you should just make the trade and walk away from the computer.

2️⃣ Ignore the news

⚠️ As mentioned above, market movements easily readable on a clean price chart are the best and most accurate reflection of all the variables affecting the market at any given time. Concentrating on news or fundamentals simply distracts you from price patterns and technical signals, which encourages you to overthink and obsess. Do yourself a favor and stop constantly monitoring market news.
