Sgt. Colin Arslanbas chose to serve his country as a United States Marine, dedicating himself to a mission greater than himself. As a Reconnaissance Marine, he accepted challenges that demanded courage, discipline, and sacrifice every single day.
Originally from Missouri, Colin joined the Marine Corps in 2020 and earned the respect of those around him through hard work, leadership, and unwavering dedication. His recent promotion to Sergeant was a testament to the impact he had on his fellow Marines and the trust he earned throughout his service.
His military career was marked by honor and commitment, earning him the Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and the National Defense Service Medal.
Today, we remember a Marine who served with pride, led by example, and inspired those around him. His legacy is not defined by a single day, but by the years of dedication he gave to his country and his fellow Marines.
